For pre-approved out of pocket expenses, we'll reimburse you. In the rare case where you may need to replace wiper blades or add oil, we'll reimburse up to £15. For a car wash, we'll reimburse up to £10.

- Car wash if your vehicle is particularly dirty

Keep in Mind
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Photos must clearly show the date, time and amount of purchase
- Fuel receipts must show the final charge amount and not a pre-authorised amount. You must ensure that you submit the itemised receipt.
