While we try our best to ensure the charges you incur are correctly labelled on your billing statements, sometimes there are bank limitations that may prevent a clear description of charges.
If you see an unclear message on your credit card statement, such as “MAY-I-Z-29599477-33” or “JUL25 #14947870”. It might be your recurring charges (e.g., membership fee, damage waiver, etc.) or delayed trip charges (e.g., violations). Any charges will be reflected via your Zipcar account billing page or by email.
