To update the phone number on your account, you will need access to the following:
- The new phone number you would like to connect to your account
- The phone number connected to your account
You can update your phone number by following the steps.
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click into your account and navigate to Personal Info or Account Settings
- Select Phone
- Input the new phone number
- Confirm SMS verification method and select Update
- Input the verification code sent via SMS to the phone number on file
- Input the verification code sent via SMS to the new phone number
