If you are able to login to your Zipcar account:
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Select the Password card
- Input your new password and select Update password
If you are unable to login to your Zipcar account:
- Go to the Zipcar sign in page
- Select Forgot password?
- Input your email address
- Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email address
