How can I reset or change my password?

If you are able to login to your Zipcar account:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the Password card

  4. Input your new password and select Update password


If you are unable to login to your Zipcar account:

  1. Go to the Zipcar sign in page
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Input your email address
  4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email address
