How can I update my phone number if I no longer have access to the original number?

Are you experiencing issues with your Zipcar account because of a lost or changed phone number? We've got your back.

To regain access and update your phone number, let's verify your identity. Email us at services@zipcar.co.uk  with these details:

  • Emailing us from your current Zipcar account email
  • Your past phone number on your Zipcar account
  • The new phone number you want to use
  • Explain the issue preventing login or phone number update
  • Take a selfie picture holding your license (showing your face and the license). Also include a piece of paper with the word Zipcar & todays date written down on the same picture. Please make sure your face and the licence are clearly visible.
