- Emailing us from your current Zipcar account email
- Your past phone number on your Zipcar account
- The new phone number you want to use
- Explain the issue preventing login or phone number update
- Take a selfie picture holding your license (showing your face and the license). Also include a piece of paper with the word Zipcar & todays date written down on the same picture. Please make sure your face and the licence are clearly visible.
