How do I contact Zipcar?

We want to provide you with the best support possible and there are a number of ways you can seek answers and reach us. 

Help Center 

You can search the Zipcar Help Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions as well as a wealth of information related to all things Zipcar. You can search the Help Center by clicking here or from within the mobile app by clicking Account and selecting Help Center

Phone Support

If you need help immediately, you can reach us on 0333 240 9000 and speak with an agent. If you are using the mobile app you can click on Account and select Call Zipcar. For those in an active reservation, phone support is available 24 hours a day.

Social Media 

You can send us a direct message on our social media accounts on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram and you will be connected with an agent who can assist you with your query. Support is available 24 hours a day. 

Submit A Support Ticket 

Click here to open a support ticket from the Help Center or contact us using one of the options mentioned above. Be sure to provide a clear explanation of your request, including images if relevant. Please note it can take 2 - 3 working days to receive a response.
