Reporting Incorrect or Dangerous Parking

We want to know if any of our vehicles are parked in the wrong location or are parked dangerously. Please fill in this form to raise a report. Feel free to attach any images you may have of the vehicle and location. 

What happens if I find a parking ticket? 

There is a PCN on the vehicle at the beginning of my reservation

If you find a parking ticket on your vehicle at the start of your booking then we’d appreciate if you could let us know about it. Please remove the enclosed documents from the yellow packaging and note the PCN number on the form attached here.

I have received a PCN during my reservation 

If you receive a PCN during your reservation, we strongly advise that you as the member pays OR appeals the PCN directly to the issuing authority as soon as possible. This ensures that no additional cost will be incurred, such as processing fees or in some cases, increased rates etc.
