When booking a Flex vehicle, you can choose to filter by fuel or charge level on the search page in the App. Once you have set your filters and pressed "search", you can then select each available vehicle to show its fuel or charge level.
Most of our roundtrip vehicles will show their fuel level at the time of booking or by going to "my trips" tab in the app if you have already created a booking. If you are creating or viewing a Roundtrip booking via our website, please hover over the fuel tank icon under each vehicle to see fuel levels.
Please note that some of our Roundtrip models may not display fuel information in the app or on the website.
Members are advised to check the fuel level in the vehicle at the start of your booking; this will ensure you have sufficient fuel for your trip as filling up during your rental currently may add significant time to your journey. If you do not believe there will be sufficient fuel for your trip, please contact our customer services team on 0333 240 9000 who will look to find an alternative vehicle for you.
