Registering my Mobile Device

Your mobile device will need to be registered prior to using the Zipcar app.  Head to your relevant app store to download the app.

No reservation can be accessed or started until the device has been registered through the verification process.

After logging into the app, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth. Once this has been entered correctly, an email will be sent to the email address registered on your account. To complete the device registration, you will simply need to click on the link in the email.
