Most fuel stations accept our fuel cards, but you may run into one that doesn’t. If this is the case, we advise you to go ahead and pay with your own funds.
If the fuel card is missing, let us know. From the Zipcar iPhone® or Android™ app, open the Drive screen and select Report to notify us of vehicle issues and we can a arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

If you can, we would advise you to go ahead and pay with your own funds. If you keep a copy of the itemised VAT Receipt, we’ll be happy to reimburse you.
