To change any of your personal details, simply log into your account online. Head to ‘my stuff’ > ’my account’. An overview of your personal details can be viewed under ‘about me’. Here, you will be able to update your email address, preferred contact number, drivers licence, username and password. Please note your registered email address must be under your own name.
You will also be able to update your payment details under ‘about me’. All payment information MUST be in the account holder’s name. We are unable to take payment details over the phone.
Also under ‘my account’ you will find the ‘contact me’ section. Here you can manage your contact preferences, such as receiving text and email alerts for reservations.
