How do I amend my reservation?

We understand that plans can change at a moment’s notice, so we’ve made it easy for you to amend your reservation.

Provided that another member doesn’t have a reservation immediately after yours, you can easily extend your reservation.

Extending via the app

If you’re currently in a reservation, tap the ‘drive’ tab on your app to bring up your active trip. Once you’re on the relevant trip, proceed to tap ‘view details’. Once you’re on the reservation screen, there will be an option to ‘change reservation’ under the image of the vehicle. The vehicle availability bar under the vehicle name will help you determine whether the vehicle is available for the desired times. When your new times have been selected, please tap ‘confirm changes’; this will bring you back to the reservation screen where you can view your updated reservation.

Extending via SMS

If you’re currently receiving text alerts from us, you will receive a notification to remind you of your upcoming reservation, as well as a notification 30 minutes before your booking will end. To extend, simply reply to this message with the amount of time you’d like to extend by in the following format:

  • ext 30m (30 minutes)
  • ext 1h (1 hour)
  • ext 1h30 (1 hour 30 minutes)

Alternatively, you can extend to a specific time:

  • ext today 6pm
  • ext today 6:30pm
  • ext tomorrow 6pm

If you’re not receiving these notifications, please send a text to +447624 802786 with the format above to amend your reservation.
