Roundtrip Booking Promotion Redemption:
Important information:
At this time, we are unable to support promo codes being applied at checkout when booking a Flex trip. We hope to add this feature in the future and will notify members when it becomes available.
- Log in to your account on the Zipcar app or website
- During the car booking process you can redeem your promotional code at the checkout stage
- The redemption box is located under the payment area of the checkout process
- Now enter your promo code. Once a valid code is entered it should reflect the promotion
- If the promo code is successfully applied to your booking you will see it reflected as a promotion under the total cost for your booking. Any driving credits currently associated with your account can be used in conjunction. The promo amount will be deducted first, followed by the driving credit.
Driving Credit Redemption on Android & iOS App:
- Login to your account on the Zipcar app
- From the bottom menu, select Account
- Select your member Wallet
- Select Driving Credit in the account settings
- Select the + icon in the top right-hand corner
- Enter the promo code and select Redeem
Driving Credit Redemption Zipcar Website:
- Login to your account on the Zipcar website
- Select Billing from the top menu
- Click on Add Credit
- Enter the promo code and select Redeem
Keep In Mind
- Driving credit expires, so be sure to check the expiration date after adding credit to your account
