If you've booked a Zipcar and it isn't where it should be at the start of your trip, here are some things to check:
- Confirm you have the correct date, time, and location
- Make sure that your booking time has actually started (it's possible someone else has the car until your trip begins)
- Use the mobile app to honk the horn on the vehicle in case it has been parked nearby
