How do I add a new vehicle to my trip if my booking is showing a vehicle unassigned?

 

If a vehicle you booked requires urgent maintenance, we may need to temporarily remove it from your reservation. This doesn't necessarily mean the car won't be available for your trip, but it's a possibility.

If a replacement vehicle hasn't already been assigned to your booking, you can select one yourself via the mobile app.

Here's how:

  1. Log into your account on the app and select your booking from the 'Upcoming Trips' in the Trips tab.
  2. Click 'Edit Trip' and then 'Change Car' to choose a new vehicle.
