Shortening, extending, or canceling your booking, or updating the insurance protection coverage, can be done from the web or from the Zipcar app on iPhone® or Android™.
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Select Trips from the navigation menu
- Find the trip you wish to modify and select Edit
- To modify the trip times, use the timeline slider and select Update
To cancel your trip, select Cancel trip at the bottom of the modal
