Car Won't Start

If the lights on the dashboard come on, but you’re unable to start the engine, please see the steps below to help you get on your way:

  • Get into the vehicle
  • Close the doors
  • Scan your Zipcard on the scanner on the windshield from the inside
  • Once you hear the beep you can go ahead and start the vehicle again

To avoid this from happening, please only use either your Zipcard or mobile app to lock and unlock the doors, not both.
