We are unable to update any payment details from our end, this needs to be done by you, the member. All payment information must be in the account holder’s name and you can only have one payment card on a file at a time.
To update your payment details, sign in to your account at www.zipcar.co.uk. Then head to ‘my stuff’> ‘my account’. On this page you will have access to all of your personal details. Click ‘edit’ on ‘my payment information’ to update.
