What if I lose my Zipcard?

If you ever misplace your Zipcard, it's a very simple matter to order a replacement. Simply e-mail us on confirming your registered billing address, we can then pass this on to the team to send out a new Zipcard by Royal Mail. 

Please note that replacement cards can take up to 7-10 working days to process, occasionally longer in busy periods. We can give you one replacement Zipcard per year at no charge, but if you need more we will have to charge a £10 fee to cover our costs. 

Even without your Zipcard, you can still manage your reservations with the Zipcar UK iOS & Android app.
