If you have misplaced your Zipcard, it's very simple to order a replacement.
New cards can take up to 7-10 working days to process, occasionally longer in busy periods. Even without your Zipcard, you can still manage your reservations within the 'Zipcar' app.
We can send you one replacement Zipcard per year at no charge. If you request more, a £10 charge will be applied to your account.
