The Zipzone is where you can pick up and drop off Flex vehicles. You will need to be searching within the Zipzone to see it highlighted on the map.
When selecting Flex cars in the app, the Zipzone is highlighted in blue, with any restricted parking areas outlined in red (not all restricted areas are outlined in red, please check you're parking in accordance with Flex parking rules).

- Ealing
- Hackney
- Hammersmith and Fulham
- Haringey
- Islington
- Kensington and Chelsea
- Lambeth
- Lewisham
- Merton
- Richmond
- Southwark
- Tower Hamlets
- Waltham Forest
- Wandsworth
- Westminster
