What if the fuel card isn't accepted or is missing?

While most fuel stations accept our fuel cards, you may run into one that doesn’t. If this is the case, we advise you to go ahead and pay with your own funds. Fear not, if you keep the VAT receipt we’ll be more than happy to refund you.

If the fuel card appears to be missing from the vehicle, please report this on 0333 240 9000 so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Again, if this is the case during your reservation, we can refund you if we have a copy of the VAT receipt.
