Driving credit can be used towards reservation costs. It cannot be applied to member fees, tickets/violations, fines or other non-usage charges. All driving credits are in the currency of your metro. e.g. if your primary driving metro is London your driving credit will be displayed in GBP. Driving credit cannot be applied to reservations taken in any cities where the currency is different.
Driving credit cannot be transferred to another member.
If you’re on a membership plan which includes monthly driving credit, the credit will be issued on your settlement date each month. This credit is valid for 30 days only and cannot be accrued on the account.
To view your driving credits, simply log in to your account at www.zipcar.co.uk. Head to ‘my stuff’ > ‘my statement’ > ‘my credits’ (located on the right-hand side of the page).
