Your Zipcar should be clean and have at least ¼ tank of fuel when you get to it. It’s all part of the rules. If there is a problem, we ask that you call us on 0333 240 9000 to report it at the start of your reservation.
Since Zipcar does not attend to the vehicles between every reservation, there is a chance that it may not be completely spotless. This is partly down to the nature of a car sharing club. If you’d like to take the vehicle for a clean, you can pay for it with the fuel card or we’ll reimburse you up to a cost of £10. Please submit receipts for a car wash reimbursements here.
