Checking for damage

During your pre-reservation walk around the vehicle to inspect for any damage, it is very important that you report any unlogged damage at the beginning of your reservation to avoid the risk of liability.

Grab the co-pilot from the glovebox and find the yellow “damage log” section. You do not need to inform us of anything that has been previously reported, just make a note of any unreported damage and write it in the next available slot.

Once this is done, you must call us to report the damage on 0333 240 9000 so that we can match up the details/time of the call with your report in the damage log. You will be given a reference number which must be written in the appropriate field in your damage log entry.
